Meet Salai our leading hand!

Salai has proved himself to be a great asset to the team.

Salai has stepped up as an acting leading hand on the Mark Fletcher Solid Plaster & Texture Coatings Pty Ltd team. His work ethic work, planning of works and materials, and communication skills have landed him the official title of leading hand (supervisor).

Salai recently ran the Trinity Collective Site, and he ran it like clockwork, keeping our client and site foreman happy throughout the whole process. He also trained our new team member Trong with some handy tips of the trade and was in charge of our work experience hands-on training program "High-Vis Women in Construction Program".

In 2014 Salai moved from Myanmar to Australia with his wife and son (who is now 10 years old) and his two daughters were born here in Australia and are now 7 and 3 years old. Salai works hard to provide great opportunities for his family.

Back in his home country Salai ran his own Koko Plaster Ceiling and Design company.

He has great experience with block laying, roofing, aluminum glass door and ceiling design. He has a great eye for detail and is very strategic in his work planning.

We are thrilled to have Salai on our team. He has been with us for 2.5 years and has been a part of our company's success.
