Workforce Diversity

What a great event "Workforce Diversity" organised by the Cairns Chamber of Commerce held at the Hilton Cairns.

Mark Fletcher's speech was heartfelt and touched on his childhood days growing up in Liverpool, his experience working in prisons and his passion about his team Mark Fletcher Solid Plaster & Texture Coatings PTY LTD.

Mark's speech had everyone tuned in and he has been asked to do it again in November. I highly recommend you attend to hear the man in action and how diversity in the workforce has helped our company reach for the stars.

We also gained a lot of valuable information from Skills for Queensland Desley Ferrando about how small businesses can obtain Government funding and grants along with Thomas Pollock who had a great interactive speech on how businesses can win Government Projects.
