Santa Bir Gurung!!!

As our lads continue to achieve great feedback from our clients and have a good work ethic and team spirit we decided it was to start a new staff incentive program "Employee of the Quarter".

We recognize that our team are all hard working and well experienced. Santa who is one of our apprentices was rewarded employee of the quarter this time round as the team have all acknowledge his improved skills, enthusiasm to learn, adaptability to work with all team members and his 100% work attendance.

This lad never takes a day off and is always willing to travel wherever the work is. Even if it's in Townsville, Tablelands, Innisfail, you name it!!!

Santa has an infectious smile and laugh that corresponds nicely within the team.
