The weather has changed overnight

Oh gosh what has Mark gotten himself into??? I am so glad to be working from the comfort of my home office in sunny Cairns when I look at these pics.

Mark arrives to base camp tomorrow and has bloody booked himself to climb another 1000m. Crazy!!! Perhaps it will be too cold. Who knows. Lets see.

Already someone from his group is experiencing moderate symptoms of altitude sickness and a poor Aussie lady from another group who thanks to her daughters quick actions saved her life late last night after she was found to be convulsing with a 40% level of oxygen, she was flown out immediately and will hopefully go on to make a full recovery.
