The Process
Apply skim coat to new CM Block with Render wall 4001 to create an even substrate.
Skim painted block areas with Acra patch course/Render wall 4001 to create an even substrate, a final texture coat of SynaTex medium float finish is applied and floated flat with a red plastic trowel to create texture look.
Prime painted split face block with Acra bond/cement to create a key, once dry splash deeper areas with a sand, cement & bond slurry to help fill the voids. Sand and cement render is then applied and screed to make level.
Skim complete area with Acra patch course/Render wall 4001 to create an even substrate, a final texture coat of SynaTex medium float finish is applied and floated flat with a red plastic trowel to create texture look.
Fix, set and flush external angle beads and joint mesh tape to blue board, skim complete area with Acra patch course/Render wall 4001 to create an even substrate.
